Our Return and Refund Policy entitles you to a return or exchange for an item bought online with a valid receipt or parcel summary document within 2 days of purchase or receipt.
Be informed that purchases made from our offline store are not qualified for a return or a refund. We will assume that product was certified to be in good condition by you before you made payment and we issued you the receipt for items purchased.
